They are good until their not
They are good until you get a defective item. I have been working with them for about two weeks. They want the customer to troubleshoot and repair a brand-new item they shipped damaged and defective. When they mention reaching out to them, we all have to understand that I have been in touch with them for over two weeks. They take no action to solve the issue, just talk. Buyer beware!
