nanoleaf i like the products hate the service
nanoleaf i like the products. that is NOT the problemo, its the customer service and trying to get in touch with the company that is the issue! they email you from 'no-reply' email addresses and get you to go on to their website and 'log a ticket' like we work there and asking IT to help us. #comeonmate this is not how customer service works. keep this up and we won't be purchasing from you anymore
