Dissapointed and untrustworthy... Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra
I made my order on 18/09/2020 and been following the reviews on trustpilot since as it was my first time ordering from this website. Looking at many recent reviews it seems like I am not the only customer who has had a bad experience, prompting me to share my encounter to help future customers to avoid this site and use a more reputable seller. As many others I ordered a Mi 10 Ultra, initially I made contact to see when my order be shipped. 21/09/2020: They replied saying they have no stock in their EU warehouse and next delivery would be in 10 days. I thought okay that’s fine, I’m in no rush and delivery stated it would take 10-20 days. 29/09/2020: I contact them again as I understood there would be a Chinese holiday for the week they said stock would arrive. They reply that it will be delayed due to this. At this point, I was being understandable as these things happen 07/10/2020: So I follow up checking after the holiday and notice the price had dropped, they kindly refund me $50 to match the current price however they say there’s further delays it’ll be at the EU warehouse maybe next week. 13/10/2020: Another email a week later they say it’s not at the EU warehouse yet but confirm it’ll be available this week. 19/10/2020: Still no sign of my phone and it has been over a month since my order, I’d been understanding up until now and probably too much as it was getting ridiculous with the amount of excuses and delays They offer me a further $10 refund as compensation and that stock will arrive this week. 22/10/2020: They say stock has arrived and will process my order in 2 days. Great I will get my phone! Oh how wrong was I 23/10/2020: They email to say they have sold out of the black version and have the option for a transparent one instead or wait until 03/11/2020. I cannot understand how an order made over a month ago can go out of stock once the stock arrives?? Interestingly this contradicts the review below that says he was offered the black version which was supposedly out of stock?? Of course I politely declined to play their waiting game anymore and asked for a refund which has been processed by PayPal and awaiting payment into my account. It’s disgusting how they can lie to so many customers leading them on in the hope of getting a non-existent phone. Just simply avoid this company and use Tradingshenzhen, wondamobile etc
