Printer went bad- 10 months- purchased on Jan 10th, 2025, spoke with customer service and they said I need to replace the screen which is not in their 1-year warranty. Went to price the screen after going back and forth with tech support for 8 days and it is over 200 USD!! The printer new is 500 usd They will do everything to not stand by their product- please avoid
