Customer Service is Superb!
The products are great, I can really feel my skin loving them! But I'm here to give a shoutout to Jason from the Support Team, who stepped in very swiftly, when I completely forgot to adjust my subscription date and would have gotten a new batch of products while still having a lot left. Jason did a fantastic job in cancelling my order before it shipped and refunding my order. I was really impressed with the level of customer service received, especially since I know many other companies would have told me it's on my and there's nothing they can do to cancel my order.
