Highly Recommend Flodesk if you're a creative business
Sending out emails to my subscribers was always a job that I loathed until I tried Flodesk. I'm an artist and run my own online store and I always felt quite limited with the platform I was using. I wanted my emails to represent me and my brand better and that is why I was drawn to Flodesk. The fact you can trial it and test the features out before you commit to a plan is absolutely brilliant. The templates were the feature that initially drew me in. They're really slick and modern yet creative. And they continue to add new ones which keeps things exciting for you and your customers. The whole interface is really easy to navigate and use. You can customise things to your branding colours and fonts so instantly your email marketing is elevated. I'm so much happier now my emails look like my brand! Another tool that is really useful for business owners is the workflow automations. When someone signs up, they get sent an offer to use on my shop instantly along with follow up emails to show them exactly what my shop is about. It's incredibly helpful to have that in place so I can nurture my customers whilst getting on with other important tasks. I really love the fact you can segment your subscriber list too so on my sign up page, customers can select what they're interested in and be signed up for only those emails. Really simple and easy to do yet effective. I can make sure those customers are getting the emails they really want which helps to retain them on my subscriber list. My subscriber count has grown by double since I started using Flodesk. I think because it's such an easy platform to use and it seamlessly makes your emails look so visually appealing, creating emails is no longer a chore and I promote my email list a lot more now. Flodesk are really active on social media and come across as a really personable brand despite being such a large platform. On Threads for example, you can ask them questions and they'll respond pretty quickly. The webinars they do about their new features and tips/advice are really helpful also. If you're a small business owner, artist, designer or anything in the creative field, I highly recommend giving Flodesk a go.
