SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID!
Place an order on December 29th 2019 and after not receiving the product I rang to see where it was. They said it should be with us and when it wasn't I rang again. They said that it looked like the delivery company had lost it and that we need to give them time to find it before issuing a refund or resending the item. I never heard back from them and couldn't get through to them on the phone. I contacted them through facebook but got no response, even though they had seen the message. I then forgot about it all and now, in October 2020, got in contact again, where they said they would issue a refund (no apology about what had gone on). Needless to say, the refund hasn't gone in nearly two weeks later. What a shocking customer service this company has. I know the losing of the item wasn't their fault, but the way they have dealt with the issue and how unapologetic they have been is just appalling. Would never deal with them again.
