Size chart is all wrong and full refund is a gamble
Their size chart is all wrong. My shoes came 1 to 2 sizes too big and the other items were a bad fit. They discourage returns by offering a small refund instead. But like a normal person, I wanted a full refund, which meant shipping everything back to China, which costs a LOT. Had I read all the other bad reviews first and have known that Roselinlin is a Chinese company, I would have stayed away. It's exactly what I experienced. They claimed they "never received my return". Better deal with countries that inspire more trust in their infrastructures.
