I would like to start by thanking my assigned service agent on whatsapp Kelly. She was very helpful and professional. My experience with everthing else in this store is about 1-3 stars maximum. From paying for items which were sold out (i was not informed till i logged in to check on my order status!! And i told them to inform me of sold out items at checkout so i could replace them for my inventory )....all the way to receiving my package and finding some hooks bent. And the worst part, i did not receive 6 pieces of a style i ordered with their reason being "they wanted to give fast shipping so they sent it out asap without correctly indicating what was in the box" I was given a refund successful but i will not be shopping here again. They are too disorganized and unreliable even when you've spent lots of money on shipping.
