Ordering is very user friendly on your website, but I recently ran into some issues with one of my orders that I have not yet received from September 9th!! UI have written twice to your customer service, and have not received a response to either email. My last order was received, but surprisingly, via a neighbour in the next building to me who was kind enough to deliver it to my door. I am wondering if you have a new delivery company, as one order was partially delivered, and the other to the wrong address. Is there not a way to track each shipment? I am most reluctant to order anything further from you if this is going to be an ongoing problem. I am also waiting to hear from your Customer Service department regarding a refund for the order that was never received!
