DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE!!!!!!!! Ive placed an order back in july 3 and it's now november 15. i've contacted these people back in august because apparently my order was shipped (as the company states) but the local post office said they just received an notice that they should be expecting a package with my tracking number attached. well i'm just now receiving a refund which as of today 11/15/2020. The customer service is no help, you'll never know what happened to your package if you don't contact the postal office, the shipping number they give you will tell you everything that isn't true. first it told me it was still in chine then it stated my package got lost by ups then is said my tracking number expired to it don't even exist anymore. i was told to call all these number (given to me) but not one phone number helped. keep all documents of order because you'll need proof for your money back even if you have a tracking number and order #. after i got my refund i got only a 5% off that i'll never use because i wouldn't dare spend another 100+ at lovelywholesale again.
