Scammer big one!
I returned the item and seller promised for full refund & paid for the shipping cost. Then I don’t have the shipping label but I do have tracking number & usps receipt and yet DHgate kept asking me for the damn shipping label! I told them ( I chatted with more than 2 people and none of them good ) that I don’t have the shipping label but I sent them the shipping label that I handwritten. The package is stuck in Beijing. So I don’t get my refund plus the shipping cost! Instead DHgate released the payment to the scammer seller that I believe gave me non exist address ( with no number ) which I thought maybe it’s a factory. So beware with this platform. They don’t care about customers! I reported the transaction to my CC and they refunded me back. So I got screwed over the shipping cost.
