The Ugly Truth about Lovely Wholesale...
I've placed 4 orders with Lovely Wholesale since August 2020. The 1st went fairly well. Received it in reasonable time but quality was inconsistent. Some items exceeded expectations while others fell way short. Orders 2&3 were placed within days of each other. 2nd order had several items significantly different from what I ordered & 1 damaged item. Order 3 was shipped in two packages & I only received one. Followed their return policy for order 2 & was never given a return authorization. They offered $46 to compensate for $152 in pd but wrong/damaged products. Which I of course declined. Tried several times to follow up on the missing pkg from order 3 & they kept saying give it more time even though the tracking never updated from "shipping label created". After reaching no resolution with Lovely Wholesale directly I filed claims with PayPal that are STILL pending resolution. It's a shame because most of what I have received from Lovely Wholesale was decent on price and quality. However inability and/or unwillingness to take responsibility when things go wrong and work to resolve customer issues is a definite deal breaker & I'll never order from them again OR recommend anybody else to order from them. Order from Lovely Wholesale at your own risk. **UPDATE** I finally got refunded for the part of order I never received. After LW tried to submit confirmation of one out of 2 shipments as proof of delivery I took to Twitter blasting everybody involved incl PayPal. A few days later my refund was processed. Took a few more days & emails to resolve the return/refund of wrong & damaged items, but that was finally processed last week. It took some work & cost me some frustration but I ultimately recovered my damn near $600 from LW.
