I would advise caution when buying directly from SmallRig’s website. At first, their prices look cheaper, but later we received unexpected extra tax charges. They provided information to the tax company without making it clear to us in advance, which caused us to pay double the cost of the product. Even though we opened a return request, the additional charges were not refunded. 👉 My recommendation: Buy through SmallRig’s Amazon store instead. On Amazon, you have clear policies and a 30-day return guarantee, which makes it much safer if anything goes wrong.
