Poor service to repeat customer
NorthShore took one business day to process my payment on an order they new at the time would be back ordered. After three weeks they still didn’t have a very basic and common item in stock for me. Excuse was Chinese Virus...no excuse for taking payment in quick order and also never suggesting an alternate ‘in stock’ product that would solve my needs.
