Just received a ring that is damaged
Just received a ring that is damaged. When I tried to go to their website to initiate a return, I was blocked due to malware. Their response claims that I’ve been contacted to return free of charge. Incorrect. They have emailed me saying that they won’t deal with my complaint unless they receive photos of a certain quality - completely ILLEGAL. Then they offered to send a replacement (as if I’d want anything more to do with this company). No mention from them about sending it back free of charge. And they have now threatened me with no refund if I don’t take down this review. “ Could you please delete your review?
