Elegoo Canvas very slow shipping and lack of communication
Bought the Elegoo Canvas unit as a preorder. Unit was around 12 months late even being announced let along shipping. Order never updated, after multiple contacts I was reassured it was shipping soon. Then informed my order got missed due to a system error. Eventually it arrived but only after multiple back/forth with support team.
