I placed an order over two weeks ago and still haven’t received any shipping confirmation. I've contacted customer service, but they haven’t replied. After reading several negative reviews, I’m genuinely concerned this is a scam or at best, a very unreliable seller. If I don’t receive a proper update or tracking information soon, I will cancel the order and request a chargeback through my credit card provider.
