They have TERRIBLE customer service, I spoke with Rocky and I explained to him that I cancelled my flight and was expecting a refund since June 2020, And he stated they have sent the “request” For the refund.I stated on my cancellation email it does not state they will “request” my refund and he responded well you obviously haven’t received it have you. The audacity of this employee. It is now November, this is ridiculous.
