⚠️ Warning – Not a trustworthy clothing site! I ordered clothing online from Kittwst, but the quality is nothing like what is shown on their website. The materials look cheap, and the sizes are much smaller than standard European sizes — the XL I ordered fits more like a Medium. When the items arrived, I discovered that returns are not free. You can only send them back at your own cost, which is unacceptable for an online store. Instead of offering a proper refund or exchange, they proposed that I keep the items and get a 20% voucher for a future order — clearly a tactic to avoid returns. This is not how a reliable online shop should operate. When something doesn’t fit or match the description, you should be able to return or exchange it easily. I strongly advise others to avoid Kittwst. The sizing, quality, and sales practices are misleading and not consumer-friendly.
