Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Customer service are dezastrous, they don't know what they do and how to deal with customers. There are bigger pyramid they sell the products in different site like Oils Direct, they open account into your names and then use your account for them bonuses and privilege. I write the email to big management and unfortunately no answer. UK doTERRA dealer are crap, better to deal with someone from EU. I'm wondering if the owner of the company is aware of what happens. DoTERRA is a good products but someone like Uk site they drag them down. Horrible experience with them .Just they lose one more customers.
