Headphones intermittently turning…
Headphones intermittently turning themselves between on/off or between quiet/active modes. Made them dangerous to use whilst exercising near roads. Company would not respond to emails and did not provide a returns address. Pitiful customer service and product. Had to involve my bank to I resolve the issue.
