Officially Creality warranty is not worth reading, useless
Officially Creality warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. USELESS. The machine failed very early in the warranty period. Had to struggle to get ANY kind of resolution. 2 replacement offering dates have been missed and I suspect the promise of some kind of resolution was nothing more than words on a computer screen. I am now completely certain that this is a company I will pass along as worthless, cannot be trusted or recommended. Thanks for wasting my time.
