The Proven Skincare products are great. I have enjoyed using them. It's the customer service that I take issue with. The night cream is actually causing extreme dryness under my eyes. Since no separate eye cream has been recommended, when I inquired about this occurrence the response was just don't use it under your eyes. Well, what do you suggest I use? No response. Just received my 4th or 5th order. The pump container for the cleanser will not work. I have primed it and stored it upside down to see if it will work. No. Reached out to customer service. I was told how the pump works. No solution beyond what I had already done. Just a "have a great day" and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further issues. Wait...that issue wasn't fixed. I have offered to return it for another one. No response. I will cancel my subscription even though I love the product. What good is a product when you can't get it out of the container without unscrewing the lid and banging it on your palm to get it out.
