Awful- 2 + months for order
Scam Placed order July 14/2023 and still have not received it as of Aug 26/2023. I have contacted support and I get numerous emails with the same apologizes for the inconvenience caused. I requested cancellation of order and refund. I then get this email dated Aug 22 saying they have checked with warehouse and order is ready and ready to ship. once shipped i with get shipping confirmation and tracking number and wait 10-20 to receive order. Nothing happened. AUG 26 order again is expected to ship today as they require more time to ensure the quality of the item. Once order has shipped i will receive tracking number and delivery will be one to three weeks. I am out of patience and understanding they keep thanking me for.
