Amazing support and great product
Any claims that there is no support is an absolute lie - do not trust those reviews. I heavily researched projection screens and Vividstorm showed up in many reviews. When I purchased my screen, I got an email asking me questions to help me ensure I was getting the right screen for my home. We went back and forth and few times and agreed with them that I needed an ALR screen. I would have had the wrong screen for years. Who does that??? Then, once I installed it, I had questions and again had email support, and as much as I needed. When I had more questions, I was given a Whats App number and we were chatting in real time! Again, I've not gotten that level of support on any product anywhere in my 56 years. I got a 120" ALR slimline motorized tension obsidian long throw screen, ceiling mounted. I couldn't be happier.
