If you receive damaged or missing items, there is no customer service to help you. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored.
I ordered an item which arrived damaged a month ago now and I have still yet to receive any form of reply from anyone at miniso!

Nonexistent customer service!
Placed an order online and one of the items came damaged. I immediately took a photo and sent it to customer services.
It's been a week and after another email and a phone call, no one has responded to me.
If I'd known that they would ignore you if you have any problems, I wouldn't have bothered
