Initially brought 2 small orders all was well placed a large order for a Christmas Market, ordered in plenty of time 24th October, never received my order , had to open a PayPal dispute, they kept trying to get me to close the dispute, PayPal advised against! 7 weeks later they offered my store credit! Needless to say I kept the PayPal dispute open which fully refunded me but had to wait around 10 weeks! Shame as first small orders were good , all is well until there is a problem a d then you get passed from pillar to post , would not recommend for the for aftersales service. Products that arrived were good ,but the customer service when there's a problem are abismal! Be warned
