Haven't seen an unprofessional Travel Agency like HappyEasyGo. Customer Care representatives are confused about their company's T&C and don't handle the customers professionally. Govt. needs to intervene here and blacklist the company as they don't provide refund to the customers. Better to book from Airlines directly rather from travel agents!!
