Don't bother, go somewhere else
Ordered my son a trampoline. Waited all day for it to be delivered on the latest delivery day. Never arrived. Emailed customer services, not helpful at all. Apparently the trampoline went missing in transit. Sent another one, again my autistic son waited all day, we tracked parcel through Evri was out for delivery. Never arrived. Sent more emails, didnt even get an answer from them. The customer service is shocking. I asked for managers contact details to log a complaint. They never passed them on. Disgusting.
