Paid for a year subscription to monitor child’s iPhone. Unless 2 factor authentication has only been activated within the past 2 weeks, using an old Apple ID where it didn’t have it, you cannot use their service. Contrary to their claim that you can create a new Apple ID without 2 factor authentication, you cannot. They didn’t even try to help resolve the issue. Multiple calls with Apple gave me the information. They offered me half my money back, then most, but not all. I opened a dispute with PayPal and received a full refund. AVOID!!
