Purchased pack of three one does not work
Bought a pack of three bulbs one does not work. This company is doing everything they can to NOT replace it, faulty product they want you to bin and buy. Endless pointless emails requesting the same things, asked me to send a video on a connection issues, how dumb. It’s been weeks now, Apple need to stop selling this product as I used their name and quality as a reference. I will be contacting them. If you want reliability do not buy from this company, if you do forget about customer service it is the worst.
