Okay. Placed an order seven days ago - they took my money and the shipping cost but had no contact for 7 days. When they did contact me they were nice and helpful. T shirt was huge and on quite thin material. I asked for a refund and they offered a range of choices including a smaller size free of charge (which I accepted). The smaller size is a little tight. I’m not in love with the product and haven’t worn either the very large or slightly small T-shirts but sort of lost the will to send things back. The material of the T-shirts is thin and feels inexpensive. For the price I’d expect a nicer material. Customer service apart from the initial lack of contact is very good.
