I opened a business bank account with AZLO to start my small business with under somewhat awkward circumstances. I am a transgender woman and Covid significantly delayed my legal name change. So I was forced to open my bank account under my old name. The customer support team was always helpful with anything I needed for banking, but they really shined when I finally was granted my court ordered name change. Within 24 hours of notifying them and sharing a copy of the court order, they changed my account to my new legal name. And they did that with so much warmth and enthusiasm that it felt very special to me and touched my heart. This is a team of wonderful kind-hearted people who I know my money is safe with.
