Excelent service!!
It was my first time buying something from them, but I had heard several good reviews and saw many adds. I was just waiting for the right character to become a plushie and when it did I didn't hesitate to pre-order it. The customer service was exvelent, always responsive and cordial I even got a freebie which is adorable. My order arrive safely and is absolutely perfect, the details, the softness, the overall care and attention to detail. I will definitely buy again here. Highly recommend!!
