The dresses I ordered looked and felt NOTHING like what I saw on the website. When I asked for info on how to return them, they kept emailing me to say I could keep them for a 30% discount and then give me $25 to use on their website. I obviously don't want the item and I don't want to shop from their website! I just want to return them for a refund. They are making me send them pictures of everything too for the return, as if they don't trust the customer. This has been a huge HASSLE and I will NEVER order from this company again. I should have required THEM to send me photos of my order before it shipped!
