Actually you got 5 stars only because of Claudia, your cust svc agent I spoke with. She was perfect, knew how to get me to a place of understanding that she could help me. I was tired of trying to deal with email robots and just not receiving consistant emails flowing from 1st to last..i missed a crucial one and it just got me ticked off...thus i found the CS nbr and it was all cleared up.
