They replied promptly to all my enquiries before purchase, but once I placed an order with them, they became uncontactable. Waited 3 weeks, my lens were still not shipped and no response from them even after sending them several emails over the weeks.. The contact numbers provided on their website were invalid as well. Fortunately for me, I made my payment via Paypal hence was able to open a dispute and get a full refund from Paypal.
