This company makes poor quality…
This company makes poor quality jewelry. I received a pair of plugs that are supposed to be 00 gauge. They are over 1/2". I sent photos with measurements against a ruler as they asked, and they still refused to send a replacement. I also purchased tapers to try to stretch enough to fit them, but they were still way too big for the size they say they are. I send several photos next to a real 00 gauge piece of jewelry, as well as the 00 gauge taper I bought. I spent an extra $30 on the taper and they still did not care. Their customer service is horrible. Their jewelry is low quality. Will never be ordering from or recommending this company to anyone.
