I used the express version of this website and it was perfectly fine. I ordered my contacts in September, and by October they were supposed to arrive. On 10/21 I received an email saying that my package had an “exception”. I checked the address on the order and it was correct, there was no way no one in the office was not there to receive the package. It is now 11/24 and I still have not received my package so I am now assuming that the package was lost. I emailed the company for a refund, because I did not receive my package, and the only thing that support gave me was a tracking number and no new information. Really not happy.
