No shipment done
Ordered at 16th December and still not shipped out. Their Help Desk always saying that they wait for DHL to pick it up...since 2x weeks. No good help at all and trying to cancel the order with no response on how to proceed Edit. 9.1.25, after several talks with them, they send me a DHL tracking (The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically). It is not updated since days! And the only response for my Order #8854 was that they work on it and blabla. Be aware that you never will get your money or your product. Since December I am hearing only complains that the delivery is provided but never picked up
