Ordered the centauri carbon 2 combo…
Ordered the centauri carbon 2 combo system, 3D printer and the 4 colour system and what I received was just not right at all, the centauri 2 machine they sent has the wrong print head on it that does not accept the 4 colour change system. The machine was the single spool version. Utter rip off and ruined my birthday as this was my present. Now waiting to hear back for a return and full refund. Will NEVER use this company ever again UPDATE : You continue to not acknowledge a return and full refund for your own mess up, you have removed my one star review from your product page (what a way to hide the truth) Your customer service then continue to send me links to your own youtube videos that actually proves that you sent me the wrong product so you kind of messed up there. Section 75 has now been registered against this purchase, I gave you people ample chance to do the right thing and you continued to give me the run around. Now it is my turn to play
