I've waited and waited and waited to write about my experience. Maybe because I was hoping that the customer service would suddenly turn around. This is all MY experience. I don't know what is actually the worst with this company. My first order was nearly perfect, there was just missing stitching on a lace applique on the corset. I didn't even warn the company, I was like "it's ok, happens, it's nothing". Then I ordered for a second time and... What is the worst between : The sizing is wrong ? The fact that they don't respect UE laws of selling products while... selling in UE countries ? For example, asking the customer to provide a reason for the return when we don't need to for the first 14 days in the UE. The fact that the customer have to pay for the return of any clothing that doesn't fit them ? When they wrote on their site that if it's because of one of their mistakes, their company should bear the shipping cost them. And it's not even the more illegal matter with them in EU. Also, the fact that the return option is not on your order or anywhere in your profil ?? You have to click on a little line at the bottom of the site who open a Q&A where you have the start the return link. Also, most of the carriers they're allowing customers to use for return ? You can't use them because they're individual to individual. Not individual to business. You want another one ? They're sending incentives. I've received 2 since my second order. You see all those 5 stars reviews here ? They're sending mails when you can basically read : show us you gave us a 5 stars reviews on Trustpilot and we will sent you a voucher and some stuff. It's forbidden by Trustpilot terms of use by the way. You can't even trust that those reviews are real. And honestly ? There's more. The customer service is one of the worst I had to discuss with. As Trustpilot asks us to only review OUR experience and not what we could have potentially discover after ordering about the company. I can only invite you to do some research about Lacemade. To lacemade : don't even tire yourself by answering here. I've been talking to you since December, 23, 2025. RMA #3L9CQWE8. And it's not going anywhere. So no need to fake the "we're doing something about it" below.
