Shocking customer service
I ordered a fancy dress outfit on the 27th November and still no outfit. It is impossible to contact this company as their website takes you in circles with no answer regarding your order. The company responded stating there was a help centre with a support button to submit a ticket which I still have not found. The parcel did eventually arrive yesterday which was too late as the event had already happened. Having said that the sizing is way off. I am a UK 8-10 and having read the sizing I ordered a medium. I can hardly get the outsit on despite the measurements on the website leading me to believe it would fit. Do not order from them!! It should be interesting to see if I can return it!! Have tried to return the item and low and behold when I followed the link to return and completed the reason nothing registered so I am unsure if the return is activate or not. Absolute nightmare from beginning to end. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
