50/50 chance of success in shipping
The craft supplies are always my absolute favorite. Everything is extremely useful and super cute, and whenever I order just lose items they arrive within the month. But whenever I order a box, it takes between 3 months to half a year to eventually arrive. I ordered a box in September, knowing there would be delays, and it eventually did ship, saying it should arrive early November. But now it’s almost December and I can’t get a response from the shipping company on what’s going on. So, The craft supplies and the company itself isn’t the problem, I love Sophie and toffee. But whoever is in charge of shipping is not reliable, and over the past 3 years has never been reliable.
