Not sure if I will ever see my shoes
After several weeks of not knowing where my package is, they finally gave me a reliable tracking number for my shoes. Come to find out they use smartpost when it came to the delivery - Fedex lost the package (says its delivered but it isnt). Ceasaro acts unfamiliar with the process for claims and tried to make me file it instead.
