This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered in August. They keep telling me it has been shipped but that date keeps changing. No tracking number is ever supplied even though I've asked many times. I keep being palmed off. For such an expensive product I'm extremely disappointed and so is my 9yr old who has been patiently waiting for his lamp that is clearly never going to arrive because these people are scammers. Take your money and never deliver! If you are in Australia, you can report this company to the ACCC Scamwatch via this link: (it won't let me post the link but is you google it will take you straight to the online form to fill out). I have just reported them and am about to start the process of getting a refund. The company are in breach of Australian Consumer Law and if we can we should be attempting to hold them accountable for what is essentially stealing money for a product as far as I can see doesn't actually exist.
