Scam of a company
Scam of a company. I ordered 3 items from Dimoo's mountain range mosaic DIY kits - 1 toadstool and 2 gnomes. They looked rather cute and were to be stocking fillers These were advertised as DIY kits containing 'everything you need to create a beautiful DIY mosaic kit in the comfort of your own home' The following was to be included in the kit: In this kit you will receive: -Step-by-step instructions -Video link tutorial -Wood substrate - Hook for the back -(2) Paper work Mats -Chopped Glass for specified pattern -Latex Free Gloves -Grout -Mini spoon - 1 Popsicle stick to mix grout - Foam Sponge - Abrasive green sponge - Piece of paper towel Instead of a DIY glass kit what I received were 3 pieces of premade plastic junk, 1 in the form of a toadstool, the other 2 in the form of gnomes. I have since emailed and phoned the company, but am yet to receive any reply. Alarm bells first rang when I was sent a tracking number that was not recognised. Do not use this site!
