Lousy Customer Service!
FairPrice does not honour their online sales. It does not understand that people purchase things online because they are unable to do so at the store. Missing items should be sent again the soonest at NO extra charge. Most people are not interested in the refunding because they want the items ( and desperately at times). It is apparent that FairPrice customer service team does not read the complaint because it always give the SAME STANDARD computer-generated reply. Talk about standard of service - Fairprice gets a BIG "F"! Think thrice if you want to place order with FairPrice.
