At first I would have given this company 5 stars. The loan process was easy in 2022 and I had my daughter in 2024. But now…. I can’t get anyone on the phone or get a response to my emails for a payoff letter (something I needed quickly). One… that should be available to you in the dashboard portal at all times, two there should be a way to speak to a representative on the phone during business hours.
